It is our distinct honor to recognize nominees who have left a significant impact in the NELA Music Industry. Although they are no longer with us, their memories remain impactful.
A nominee must have had a definite connection to the NELA region and made a significant contribution to the music industry. Parishes included in the nominations for the NELA region are: Caldwell, East Carroll, Franklin, Jackson, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, Tensas, Union and West Carroll parishes. Inductee selections are based on how the nominee impacted the local community and beyond with their talents and ability to make a difference. This is not a talent or popularity contest. We remember those that have contributed to the music industry.
